Shipping Policy – Dream of Dazzle

If you believe your package is lost, please contact us within 7 days. We take responsibility for ensuring the safe delivery of your item. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.

1. Standard delivery (UK only) – FREE for orders over £20 or £2.50 for orders under £20,

A signature is required to receive the order and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered.

If you decide to have your order delivered to a different address than your own, a signature may still be required, and the general conditions of delivery will remain unchanged.

It may take 2-3 working days after dispatch but this is not guaranteed
The total estimated time to delivery is 3-6 working days (excludes weekends and bank holidays)

2. Next working day delivery (UK only) – £5.95

Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and requires a signature on delivery
Delivery can be tracked on the Royal Mail website using the reference number included in the dispatch email from DOD.
Total delivery time 1-2 working days depending on the time of your order Mon- Fri. (Weekend and bank holidays are excluded)

3. Free Collection from Kent
We will contact you by telephone or email when your order is ready for collection.
Most orders will be ready within 1 to 3 hours of order confirmation.

Dream of Dazzle does not take any responsibility for import and customs duties, brokerage fees, value-added taxes, tariffs and other fees that may be levied by the destination country. Any additional charges or any other associated fees are to be bearded by the purchaser.

However please note that on occasions during high volume periods, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, the set delivery date may be suspended. Also please note that once our delivery partner has taken your package, we are not liable for any lost shipment if tracking dictates it has been delivered. We do not take any responsibility if the item is delivered late due to the customer not being available for signature on arrival of package or due to any technical issue, strike within the shipping company or any unforeseen weather. The delivery date may also depend on the time of courier collection, which can vary from day to day.
