Refund and Exchange Policy for Damaged Products

Time frame: You have 10 days from the date of receipt to initiate an exchange for a damaged item.
Eligible items: Exchanges are accepted for items that were received damaged; however, we inspect them before sending them.
Proof of damage: To initiate an exchange, please provide a photo or video of the damage, along with a detailed description via email
Exchange process: Once the damage has been confirmed, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for damaged items. However, you may exchange the damaged item for a new one of the same or similar value, subject to availability.
Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping for exchanges unless the item received was damaged. We recommend you use a ‘signed for’ service.
Responsibility: We take responsibility for ensuring the safe exchange of your item. If the exchanged item is damaged during the exchange process, please contact us immediately.

We’ll advise you by email if the size or item you’d like to exchange for is no longer in stock.
Any paid-for delivery charge you selected on the original order is non-refundable.
We endeavour to process all exchanges within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of the returned item.

If you are returning a product to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part (or the part of a supplier) and not if the product was incorrectly ordered.

Dream of dazzle reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
